_ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:_
* Level 7/8 Montessori degree
* Two years post qualification experience.
_MAIN DUTIES:_
* Manage and take responsibility for Preschool Class groups.
* Responsible for implementing Montessori programme in Class.
* Promote the welfare and foster the development of each Individual
child.
* Plan Daily Class routines/ weekly schedule.
* Maintain class records- Weekly Programme plans; -Children?s
developmental records; daily attendance sheets.
* Responsible to guide and direct classroom assistant and AIMS
support workers
